What we collect

Where your data is stored and who processes it
We use trusted third-party providers to run BigMarkt on our behalf. They fall into these categories:

How long we keep it
We keep account and journal data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data from our systems, except where we must retain limited information to meet a legal obligation. Form submissions from people who do not create an account are kept only as long as needed to handle the request.
